At A Child’s University, the teacher to child ratio we follow is one of our core offerings to a child and their family. We have an abundance of Team Members ranging from management members to community teachers.
The following is an in-depth look into how we staff each classroom and how our staffing model exceeds the State of Rhode Island requirements. We also have a vast community teachers list so we can call in trained, experienced school-wide teachers whenever a regular teacher is absent. This keeps our classrooms operating at optimal levels, prevents present teachers from feeling overburdened, and ensures that children receive the one-on-one interaction that is essential for their growth and development.
