A Nationally Accredited, Award-Winning Early Childhood School For Children From Birth to Kindergarten

Summer Explorations 2017

The summer program at A Child’s University features a collection of themed weeks that introduce the children to new experiences and subject matter that reinforces the content learned throughout the year in the September — June curriculum. To make the summer months even more special for the children, there are special guests who visit and “on-site field trips” that take place at the school. To avoid the often uneasy feeling parents get with off-site field trips, we work with services, vendors, and other guests who take their special program directly to our school—this means the children can enjoy exciting “field trips,” but without their parents needing to worry about buses, chaperones, and other challenges that come along with shuttling children to and from field trip destinations. Don’t worry if your child is not normally scheduled to attend on a day when one of these special on-site field trips, special guests, or other events are scheduled, you are still welcome to join us. We want all children to experience the exciting events that we have planned this summer!

Help dress your superhero up on Friday for our Superhero Day!

We will also be collecting donations for the Layla’s Dream Foundation. Five year old Layla was granted her angel wings following a sudden illness. “Layla’s Dream” was created as a way to honor her and all the things she loved. Any money raised will go directly towards bringing joy and a little hope to those going through difficult times at Hasbro Children’s Hospital. Thank you for being a super hero and helping this great cause!
